Order information
These terms summarize the current HEEYISEIN ordering process. Final details are confirmed in writing for each order.
Inquiry privacy
Guest requests and optional reference images are saved privately for authorized staff to review. An email address or international WhatsApp number is required. When transactional email is enabled, the configured email provider processes your email address to send a request receipt; internal reminders link to the private request. We do not send automatic WhatsApp messages. These business records are separate from optional analytics and are retained for follow-up until removed under our retention review. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. A receipt is not an order or payment confirmation. Do not include payment credentials or sensitive personal documents in reference images.
Google Analytics
When enabled and you give separate analytics permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to receive limited browsing events and successful request counts. No form contents, contact details, receipt numbers or full referral URLs are sent. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. No Google tag is loaded before permission. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics and removes Google Analytics cookies on this site; it does not remove data already processed by Google. Search Console uses a public ownership verification tag, not a visitor tracking tag.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed directly with HEEYISEIN. Bank transfer and offline payment arrangements are available. PayPal and credit card checkout are not currently integrated.
Dispatch and shipping
Availability, dispatch, shipping cost, transit time and destination restrictions are confirmed for each order before payment.
Customs and duties
Customs and duty arrangements are confirmed for each order before payment.
Returns
Confirm defect, shortage and transit-damage reporting deadlines, evidence requirements and remedies in writing before payment. Contact us with the order reference, affected quantities and clear photos of the product and packaging. Order terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Custom production
Customization requests are reviewed for feasibility. MOQ, tooling, sample fees, approval criteria, lead-time starting point and bulk production schedule are confirmed in the project quotation. Mixed-style orders are not available.
Recommendations
Optional on-device recommendation preferences are enabled with analytics permission. Country codes may be derived locally using GeoLite2 data by MaxMind. The recommendation statistics retain country-level aggregate signals, not complete IP addresses.
Analytics privacy
Optional analytics are off until you choose Allow analytics, and respect browser privacy signals. Random browser and session identifiers are pseudonymized on the server. We measure page visits, visible product displays, clicks, saved bags, inquiry-list additions and contact handoffs. Country-level estimates may use locally processed network addresses and GeoLite2 data. We do not store customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, search terms, inquiry messages, raw IP addresses or full referral URLs in analytics records. Daily visit and interaction records are retained for up to 90 days. Separate anonymous country-level recommendation totals are cumulative; they contain no individual visitor identifiers or dated visit histories. Privacy settings in the footer let you withdraw permission and remove optional browser identifiers; saved bags and inquiry-list storage remain available. WhatsApp or email clicks do not prove a message was delivered or an order paid.
